In the1990s Mr.Sutiyoso and his father established the Indonesian Anti-Cancer Foundation also know as YAKIN in response to their concern for the treatment of the disease. The foundation which is especially dedicated to the prevention of cancer and ulltimately finding a cure for the disease is located on Ngasem Street, Kecamatan Kraton. YAKIN employs the use of traditional herbs (like sambiloto and kumis kucing) that have been formulated and are safe to use and cause no side effects.
In addition to the spirit of helping people, the foundation also cares about research and have produced a product called AKAL that is a curcuma based tonic. |
